Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Our target standard for all public-facing web content.

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard.

Screen Reader Support

Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions throughout.

Colour Contrast

All text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 body, 3:1 large text).

Reduced Motion

Animations are paused when prefers-reduced-motion is active.

Focus Management

Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.

Known Limitations

Some legacy PDF resources may not be fully tagged for screen readers — we are in the process of remediating these.
The interactive voice widget requires JavaScript; a non-JavaScript fallback is not yet available.
The SVG world map on the Global Presence page uses a text alternative but may not convey all spatial relationships to AT users.
